Chrishaun Smith is a disciplined leader, retired U.S. Marine, and skilled community organizer committed to serving underserved neighborhoods with integrity and focus. At Mover of Mountains, he brings structure, strategy, and a boots-on-the-ground mindset to outreach and engagement efforts.

Chrishaun served four years in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Corporal and leading a gun line unit while managing over $7.2 billion in military equipment across international operations. His service instilled in him a deep respect for responsibility, precision, and the value of teamwork.

Since transitioning to civilian life, Chrishaun has applied his leadership skills to both technical trades and civic involvement. As an HVAC technician, he handled complex installations, repairs, and logistics. In the community, he has served as a scheduler, field organizer, and media consultant for political campaigns, using his voice and presence to amplify messages that matter.

At Mover of Mountains, Chrishaun plays a key role in building trust at the ground level. Whether connecting with young adults in reentry programs or supporting community events, he leads with discipline, empathy, and a steady commitment to showing up for those in the in-between.
