Christopher Harley

Christopher Harley brings a rare blend of precision, compassion, and cross-sector experience to his role as Behavioral Health Advisor at Mover of Mountains. With over 30 years of professional expertise spanning international banking and behavioral health, Christopher is deeply committed to helping individuals and families access the tools they need to heal and thrive.

He currently serves as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), working closely with youth and families through evidence-based practices that support emotional growth, autonomy, and behavior change. He is in the final stages of completing his Master’s degree and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Certification, equipping him to further support trauma-affected populations with clinical insight and care.

Before transitioning into behavioral health, Christopher held senior roles in international finance, including as a Mortgage Advisor with Barclays Bank U.K. and an Operations Officer with the Bank of Nova Scotia in Jamaica. He consistently led high-performing teams, developed support systems for small businesses, and worked directly with high-net-worth clients.

At Mover of Mountains, Christopher’s role bridges operational strategy and client care, ensuring our programs remain rooted in evidence-based methods while staying responsive to the lived experiences of the communities we serve. His work is guided by a deep belief in human potential, equity, and the power of reinvention at any stage of life.
