A published author, media host, and entrepreneur, Janet has used her platform to highlight community issues, celebrate women's achievements, and promote local businesses. Since 2019, she has published Blessings Like Raindrops, authored articles for publications like Jamaicans.com and Voyage Miami, and managed three influential online platforms: Lauderhill Social Network, In Our House, and Women Supporting Women.

Janet has also been a trusted force in political campaigns, helping shape messaging, manage promotions, and secure landslide wins for city commissioners, mayors, and judges across Broward County. Her commitment to community empowerment earned her recognition from the City of Lauderhill, the Kiwanis Club of Greater Sunrise, and several national and faith-based organizations.

As the owner of Caribbean Medley Organic Juice and Caribbean Medley Marketing & Communications, and the Executive Director of Reggae Runnins Ventures, Janet models entrepreneurial excellence rooted in service. She currently serves on the boards of the Serendipity Women's Foundation and the Broward Cultural Council.
