Roderick is a full-time confidence coach, mentor, and community leader with a heart for helping men reclaim their identity and walk in purpose. For over six years, he has coached more than 300 men across the globe through his 12-week interactive confidence-building program—supporting them in rebuilding self-worth, healing emotional wounds, and stepping fully into their roles as leaders, fathers, and men of integrity.

He has led powerful virtual healing events across platforms like Clubhouse, Zoom, and Streamyard, using his voice to speak life into men in crisis. His work bridges personal development and brotherhood, blending practical tools with deep empathy and lived experience.

Roderick also has a passion for youth mentorship, having coached and guided boys ages 7 to 18 through basketball and life skills sessions centered on confidence, discipline, and identity. He serves as a full-time mentor and leader with the 5000 Role Models of Broward County and facilitates monthly gatherings for men, husbands, and fathers to build community and grow together in purpose.
